ANTHONY J. CRAIG
Tony founded AJ CRAIG DEVELOPMENT in 2008 to pursue his entrepreneurial aspirations. His expertise in local markets and his professional connections grew AJCD into a corporation supported by a robust network of collaborators.
Prior to AJCD, Tony worked for Lincoln Property Company, as Vice President of Development for Northern California, leading business development, acquisitions and all ground-up development. Prior to that, he worked for Toll Brothers, as Land Acquisition Manager and Senior Project Manager, on single family attached residential communities on brownfield sites.
Tony is a graduate of Harvard University (Master of Urban Planning, Real Estate Development focus) and the University of California, Davis (BS in Environmental Policy Analysis and Planning). He is a licensed California real estate broker (DRE 01898426). He is an active member of the Urban Land Institute and the San Francisco Planning and Urban Research Association. More at LinkedIn.
EVA B. CRAIG
Eva has applied building industry experience gained during her 15-year career in architecture to the management of real estate development projects, including design and consultant team management, coordination of building permit processing, project schedule and budget management.
Prior to AJCD, Eva worked for architecture firms and in retail development in the San Francisco Bay Area, including the Ferry Building, Williams-Sonoma flagship stores and high-end residences. She began her architecture career in Paris, working on museums for Renzo Piano and commercial projects for Jean Nouvel. Eva met Tony in 1997 in graduate school, and joined AJCD in 2009.
